What?
Infodream Ltd are currently running FREE SPC training and capability assessment workshops to raise the awareness of how statistical process control (SPC) can be easily implemented in your business to deliver significant business benefits.
Why?
Although many people are familiar with traditional concept of SPC and terms such as Cp and Cpk, they often don’t fully understand how they can be used to deliver real cost reduction and process improvements.
The aim of the session is to :
- Provide management overview training on SPC
- Highlight business benefits and typical industry specific applications
- Conduct capability assessment – Hands-on assessment of your processes to help identify opportunities where SPC could be easily implemented and what the associated benefits would be.
- Provide summary and recommendations report

About the Trainer / Assessor
Ben Allister has a strong background in continuous improvement engineering and has been a practicing Six Sigma Blackbelt for 13 years. He has industrial experience in aerospace, automotive and electronics and currently is the managing director of Infodream Ltd.
